Business Analyst – AI - Enterprise Digital Platform Delivery

Job Description

Lead business analysis across integrated enterprise platforms, AI-enabled solutions, workflows, APIs, data flows, and digital transformation programmes. The ideal candidate should bring strong communication, structured analytical thinking, attention to detail, and solid core BA skills. Experience with highly integrated platforms involving multiple systems, data flows, APIs, or enterprise workflows is desired.

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements, functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, business rules, and data requirements.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions, workshops, playback sessions, and requirement review meetings with business, technology, product, UX, QA, and delivery teams.
• Translate high-level business needs into clear, structured, testable requirements for business and technical audiences.
• Analyze end-to-end user journeys and workflows across multiple systems, identifying dependencies, handoffs, integration touchpoints, data inputs, outputs, and exception paths.
• Collaborate with technical teams on API, interface, data mapping, source-to-target, system interaction, authentication, and downstream dependency requirements where relevant.
• Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, requirement walkthroughs, defect triage, UAT preparation, and business validation activities.
• Maintain traceability between requirements, user stories, design decisions, test scenarios, risks, assumptions, dependencies, and delivery outcomes.
• Identify gaps, ambiguities, risks, and open questions, then proactively drive clarification and closure.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Approximately 8 years of Business Analyst experience in enterprise technology, digital product, platform delivery, integration, or transformation programmes.
• Strong core BA capability across requirements elicitation, process analysis, stakeholder management, documentation, user story writing, and acceptance criteria definition.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong analytical thinking.
• Experience with platforms or applications involving multiple system integrations, data exchange, interfaces, APIs, upstream/downstream dependencies, or complex enterprise landscapes.
• Good understanding of Agile or hybrid delivery methods.
• Ability to produce concise, high-quality documentation for product, technology, QA, validation, business readiness, and leadership stakeholders.
• Practical understanding of the software delivery lifecycle.
• Validated clinical systems, pharma, CRO, clinical research, healthcare, life sciences, GxP/CSV/CSA, or compliance-driven delivery experience is an added advantage.
• Exposure to AI-enabled platforms, AI assistants, automation, analytics, intelligent workflows, or data-driven decision support is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Visio, Miro, Figma, Excel-based mapping workbooks, or similar BA tools is preferred.
